Semi-Truck & Trailer Parking in Rosenberg & Houston, TX

Rental Terms

1. This agreement is a month-to-month contract & can be terminated by the landlord at any time.
2. The monthly rent is $150 per parking spot.
3. The rent is due by the 1st DAY of every month.
4. If the rent is not paid by 5 PM on the 5th day of the month, a penalty of $50 will be enforced for each occurrence of late payment.
5. If rent & penalty is not paid by the 8th day of the month, equipment parked in the spot will be either booted or towed at Owner's expense.
6. It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure all of their vehicles and equipment are secured and locked at all times.
7. We have security cameras & a security gate installed to prevent damage to the property & will take necessary security precautions to protect Tenant's property. However, Five Waters Investments LLC will not be held responsible for any kind of theft or damage caused to the tenant's property while operating & parked at the property.
8. Five Waters Investments LLC will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries.
9. Do not throw trash in the parking yard.
10. Place a wooden log or concrete blocks below the landing gear for trailers.
11. Tenant will be held responsible for all damages caused by Tenant.
12. ANY KIND OF ENGINE REPAIRS, OIL CHANGE, DUMPING, LITTERING & LOITERING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. YOUR UNIT WILL BE TOWED & MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
13. IF AN OIL LEAK IS CAUSED BY THE TENANT'S EQUIPMENT, TENANT MUST REMEDY THE OIL SPILL RIGHT AWAY.

Full terms are presented again for review and e-signature when you sign your rental agreement after your spot request is approved.
